Rice Husker with Aspirator, SYX-MLGQ Grain Pearling Machine

After grains have been pre-cleaned and gravity separated, they need to be hulled. Our SYX-MLGQ rice husker with aspirator can hull grains and separate chaff and rice using the friction between grains and two rubber roller units.

The SYX-MLGQ rice husker has two rubber rollers. The rotation of the rollers with opposite directions and different speeds creates friction between grains and rubs off the hulls. The hulled grains will fall through the clearance of the roller. The grain pearling machine has more than 90% hulling rate and high output.

• The SYX-MLGQ rice husker can make two rollers touch on touching grains and adjust the clearance of rollers during operation automatically, which help customers save manpower cost and reduce the consumption of rubber roller. The opening and closing of hopper as well as the pressure between rubber rollers are automatically controlled by pneumatic components.

• The SYX-MLGQ rice husker features simple adjustment. The pressure between rubber rollers can be adjusted by pressure regulator. Air volume and the feeding speed of grain also can be controlled by handle.
