Rice Separator by Length
This process also includes white rice classification and length grading.
White rice classification is the process by which differences in rice are determined through particle size, and through the continuous sieving of 3 circular sieves in different diameters, thus determining which end product the rice will eventually become: broken rice, bran balls, or rice bran.
Length grading is primarily used in the subsequent processing of rice milling, and in general, when combined with a white rice grader, will achieve complete separation between head rice and broken rice.

- White Rice Separator The material in the inlet is evenly distributed throughout the entire sieve, and will automatically classify itself under the sieve's plane rotation. Materials with a small granularity can be sieved quickly, and materials with a larger size will travel to the discharge port.

- Rotary Rice Separator Broken rice is often mixed in the head rice, which affects rice quality. Because of that, a rotary rice separator is used to screen out broken rice that does not meet quality level requirements. The rotary rice separator is primarily used for post processing in rice milling, and is often used in combination with a white rice grader.
