Following the pre-cleaning and gravity separating process, grains need to be hulled. Our SLJ-MLGQ rice husker with aspirator can hull grains and separate chaff and rice using the friction between grains and two rubber rollers.
The SLJ-MLGQ rice husker has two rubber rollers. The rotation of the rollers with opposite directions and different speeds creates friction between grains and rubs off the hulls. The hulled grains will fall through the clearance of the roller.
The rice husker can make two rollers touch on touching grains and adjust the clearance of rollers during operation automatically, which help customers save manpower cost and reduce the consumption of rubber roller.

Features
The SLJ-MLGQ rice husker with automatic control system will automatically activate the rollers and put them into position when grains are being loaded and keep the rollers from touching when grain flow is shut off.
The pressure between rollers is adjusted linearly by pressure regulator so that users can precisely estimate the output by clearance. If you want to change the pressure and output, you only need to adjust the distance of the rollers.
The vibratory feeder allows the husker to have large and stable throughput. Users can control rice output by adjusting the feeding rate.
The feeding system includes a hopper and a chute which makes grains flow to the clearance of the two rollers with even distribution along the roller axis. The unique design can optimize feeding speed and improve the quality of feeding.
With double supporting construction, the rubber roller can rotate with fixed speed constantly, which gives the rice husker steady performance.
The rice huller uses a vertical aspiration device for craft separation to optimize the separation effect.
