Different types of vertical emery roll rice whitener have different characteristics and rice whitening performances.

  • The MNMLB vertical emery roll rice whitener can be discharged from various directions through the use of upper feeding and lower discharging, making it applicable for matching.
  • The MNMLC vertical emery roll rice whitener features upper feeding and lower discharge. It is suitable for production line of 4-5t/h.
  • The MNMLS vertical emery roll rice whitener is suitable for rough rice whitening and long grain rice.

    2. Vertical Emery Roll Rice Whitener, Type MNSL The MNSL vertical emery roll rice whitener is used for the removal of brown rice husks, and feeds from the bottom, with discharge at the top. This effective reduces the broken rice rate. The unique feed method reduces the broken rice rate, thus ensuring the whitened rice is appealing and uniform.

    2. Vertical Emery Roll Rice Whitener, Type MNMLB The MNMLB vertical emery roll rice whitener is used to remove brown rice husks, and features a high yield of up to 16 t/h. The feeding method is an upper feeding and lower discharge, with discharge happening in multiple directions for easy production line pairing.

    2. Vertical Emery Roll Rice Whitener, Type MNMLS This rice whitening machine is suitable for long grain rice. For the same variety of rice (long grain rice), the rice output is 2~5% higher than that of other vertical rice machines (depending on the varieties). The emery roll rice milling speed is fast, the yield is high, and the broken rice rate is low.

Working principle
The material enters the milling chamber through the hopper, where the material husk will be stripped, thus whitening the rice under the high speed miller rotation. The rice husk and bran layers, which have been removed during the whitening process, will be discharged through the sieve holes out of the whitening room.
The whitened rice is then discharged at the rice outlet. Remaining parts are then pumped away by the blower after the rice has been discharged.
